Why Was I Charged Right After Booking?

We place a pending authorization charge on your credit card when you book or have expenses associated with your task to verify the validity of your card. This pending charge will disappear after 2-3 business days, as is standard in the retail industry.

We don't charge you for any task until 24 hours after it's been completed. If the pending authorization charge remains after a few days, let us know.
