At Taskrabbit, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform connecting clients with skilled Taskers. To promote integrity, professionalism, quality, and transparency on the Taskrabbit platform, we have the following policy concerning No Show or Late Cancellations:
This policy is applicable to both Taskers and Clients. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive.
Taskers and Clients must show up on time for the Task.
- In instances where the Client is allowing the Tasker to complete the Task without the Client being present, the Client should be ready for the Tasker (i.e., granting Tasker access remotely).
- Cancellations by Taskers or Clients must be communicated more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Clients who cancel within 24 hours of a task’s scheduled start time or are unavailable or unresponsive at the scheduled start time, are subject to Taskrabbit’s Cancellation Policy.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
