An account's phone number can be updated on both the app and Taskrabbit website.
You will be asked to enter a verification code, so if you no longer have access to the phone number on your account, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
To update your phone number on the Tasker App:
- Tap on "Profile" in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap "Account" from the top of the list.
- A verification code will be sent to the phone number currently listed on your account. Enter the code and click "Verify."
- Tap "Phone," enter your new number, and then click "Save."
To update your phone number on the Taskrabbit website:
- From your dashboard, click "Account" from the navigation bar at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Enter your new phone number and click "Save."
