My Invoice Is Incorrect, What Should I Do?

We understand it can be alarming if your invoice doesn’t look correct. We want to help! 


Here’s what to do if:

There’s an issue with the hours or expenses/reimbursements your Tasker submitted and the invoice was submitted less than 24 hours ago:

In this case, your Tasker can still adjust the submitted invoice on their side. We encourage you to contact your Tasker through the task's chat thread, explain the concern, and try to resolve the issue together. Your Tasker is still able to send you a new, amended invoice, at this point.

If you can’t resolve the issue together, contact our Customer Support Team so we can help.


There’s an issue with the hours or expenses/reimbursements your Tasker submitted and the invoice was submitted more than 24 hours ago:

In this case, our Customer Support Team needs to step in to assist as the invoice closes after 24 hours. Reach out to us here and provide the task name, Tasker name, and information about what is showing as incorrect on the invoice.
