The Taskrabbit Tipping Policy

We strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform. To promote integrity, professionalism, quality, and transparency, we have the following policy concerning tipping on the platform.

This policy applies to both Taskers and Clients. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive and are subject to change.

Tips are only allowed on the Taskrabbit platform for an amount over or above what is due for the Task. 

As part of this policy:

  • Tips are not to be used instead of payment for services rendered.
  • Tips are capped at 25% of the task total. To leave a greater tip, Clients should contact Customer Support.

This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service and Fees, Payments, and Cancellation Supplemental Terms. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.

Taskrabbit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
