To Reschedule on the web:
- From your dashboard, select the calendar icon labeled "Edit."
- Select a new date and time from the drop-down menu. If a time slot is gray, your Tasker isn't available at that time.
To Reschedule on the TaskRabbit app:
- From the app home screen, select the "Tasks" tab and then the recurring cleaning task.
- Select "Task Info" and then the calendar icon labeled "Edit."
- Select a new date and time from the drop-down menu. If a time slot is gray, your Tasker isn't available at that time.
We recommend you chat with your Tasker to confirm each new appointment.
If it's less than 24 hours before the appointment time you won't be able to reschedule yourself, but you can chat with your Tasker to discuss a new time. If the Tasker agrees to the change, they'll be able to reschedule.
