If you need to reschedule your IKEA assembly Task and a Tasker hasn’t been assigned to you yet:
- Log in to your account on desktop.
- Click on “My Tasks”.
- Click on “Reschedule” at the bottom right corner of the screen, then select a new date and time.
If you need to reschedule your IKEA assembly Task and a Tasker has already been assigned to you:
- Log in to your account on desktop.
- Click on “My Tasks”
If you wish to reschedule with the same Tasker, start a chat with your Tasker by clicking on the photo of your Tasker and agree on a new day and time. The Tasker will be able to change the date and time for your Task.
If you wish to reschedule with a new Tasker, select one of the reasons listed and click on “Continue”. You will then be able to choose a new date and time for your Task, and a new Tasker will be assigned to your Task shortly after.
Please note that on the Taskrabbit app, you can only reschedule an IKEA assembly Task by chatting with your Tasker once one has been assigned to you:
Tap "Tasks" from the app's bottom navigation.
Tap on the task you need to reschedule.
Tap "Chat" to message your Tasker and agree on a new day and time.
