My Tasker Cancelled, What Should I Do?

We're sorry your Tasker didn't fulfill their commitments and canceled the task. If you still need your task completed, you can rebook your task and find a new Tasker.

To rebook your task on the Taskrabbit app:

  • Click on "Tasks" in the bottom navigation.
  • Go to the "Scheduled" tab and find your task, then click "Find another Tasker."
  • You'll be offered a new Tasker. If you would like to book the Tasker offered, click "Yes, book it."
  • Choose a new time and date, then click "Continue."
  • You'll be able to adjust your task details next. Once you've made any necessary edits, click "Continue."
  • Finally, you'll be able to review your task details. If everything looks good, click "Confirm" and your task will be rebooked.

If you want to rebook your task with a different Tasker:

  • When given the option to book the offered Tasker, click "Find another Tasker" instead.
  • Browse the available Taskers and click "Select & Continue" below the one you would like to book. The task details you entered will stay the same, but you'll have the opportunity to edit them if needed.
  • Select your task's date and time, then click "Continue."
  • Finally, you'll be able to review your task details. If everything looks good, click "Confirm" and your task will be rebooked.
