If you and your Client find it necessary to reschedule a task, you may do so within the Tasker app.
To do this, navigate to the desired task and click “Reschedule” to change the date and time of a task.
You will be prompted to confirm that your Client has agreed to the alterations you are about to create, so please only reschedule a task if the new date and time are approved by your Client before making any changes.
Please bear in mind that an invoice for the task cannot be submitted unless a time and date have been confirmed in the chat thread by you. If you find that you are unable to invoice at the end of a task, add a time confirmation stamp in the chat thread and inform the Client of how many hours you intend to invoice for. Upon their approval, you can then submit the invoice.
If you and your Client both agree to a time change, make sure you create the update ASAP. This will ensure the change is accurately reflected on both your app and on the Client's side. Doing this will help eliminate confusion and create a smooth user experience!
