Taskers are available to respond to task assignments between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. local time. In general, you can select a Tasker based on this 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. timeframe. After these hours, Taskers are not required to respond to clients if they are directly hired.
The platform has broken down these available hours into three different 4 hour time slots. The time slots are as follows:
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
When booking a task for a future date, you will be asked to select one of these time slots. If your task overlaps time slots, choose the slot in which you'd like your task to start and then write in the task description the full set of hours you expect your task to span. For example, if you need office help from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., you would select the 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. time slot and write in the description that you're, "Looking for someone from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.".
Taskers are also known to coordinate "Off Hours" for early morning or late night tasks. To coordinate this, simply include these details in your description when booking your task. For example, include information such as "I'll need assistance from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m." so that it's clear when you're needing assistance. Your Tasker will then coordinate with you directly to confirm the details of your task!
Taskers also have the option to go offline at any time. By doing this, they are not available for direct hire on the platform and will not show in search results.
