Every task is backed up to $1M by our Happiness Pledge. Our Pledge, however, is secondary coverage to any insurance or policies you already have in place. These would include medical insurance coverage, renter’s insurance, homeowner’s insurance or an umbrella policy (“Personal Insurance”). In addition, all complaints must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the action giving rise to the Claim. To submit a claim, please click here.

TaskRabbit will compensate (a) Users - both Clients and Taskers - up to $1,000,000 per occurrence for Losses arising from:
(i) Property Damage as a direct result of negligence of a Tasker during performance of a Task; or
(ii) Bodily Injury sustained by a Client, Tasker or a third party as a direct result of negligence of a Tasker during performance of a Task, or
(iii) Clients up to $10,000 per occurrence for Losses arising from Theft of Client’s, Tasker’s or a third party’s property by a Tasker during performance of a Task
