Taskers with 60 days or more of inactivity regularly express confusion and poor experiences when returning to task. To ensure that all Taskers are up-to-speed and have the knowledge they need to succeed, we will be reducing the inactivity threshold to 60 days beginning October 5, 2016. At that time, or at any time moving forward, if you have not submitted at least one invoice within 60 days, your account will be paused. To become active again, simply attend an upcoming Orientation.
Take action to start earning:
- Check out the Learn tab to review the Tasker App, Tasker Best Practices, and more.
- Browse your Available Tasks drawer often to find tasks nearby, and turn on your bell to receive push notifications when you’re ready to take action!
- Look over your profile to make sure it’s up-to-date and reflects your current preferences.
***Please note: Becoming inactive means that your Tasker account is paused and that you will be unable to task or appear in search results. You will not lose your task history or be deactivated. In order to task again, please attend another Orientation.
If you become inactive, you will be able to view upcoming Orientations by visiting: taskrabbit.com/orientations.
Orientations are added on a rolling basis, and new sessions are posted to the link as soon as they are scheduled. If the available times don't work for you, you will be able to register for future sessions as soon as they are added.
If you need to reschedule your Orientation, please head back to the link above. You'll be able to unregister and select a different date to attend instead.
Not planning to task any longer? Let us know why and remember you’re always welcome back.
