This policy outlines the expectations regarding name and profile photo usage for users. These identity standards are part of maintaining a professional, respectful environment for everyone on the platform.
In accordance with our Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service, users must:
- Use their legal name on their profile, as reflected in government-issued identification. As a reminder, we only show your first name and last initial.
- Taskers can use their legally registered business name post-registration only in the following format:
- First Name (Business Name), Last Name
- John (Plumbing Services LLC) , Smith
- Upload a current, clear headshot of themselves as their profile photo. This photo should show their full face and be easily recognisable and follow these guidelines.
- Keep their identity information consistent and up-to-date.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
