We're sorry your Tasker didn't fulfill their commitments and canceled the task. If you still need your task completed, you can rebook your task and find a new Tasker.
To rebook your task on the TaskRabbit app:
- Click on "Tasks" in the bottom navigation.
- Click on the task that was canceled in the "Scheduled" tab.
- Click "Rebook/Change Tasker" near the bottom of the page.
- The app will then ask what happened on the initial task that caused it to be canceled, select the reason, and submit to continue.
- Click "Rebook." The task details you entered will stay the same, but you'll have the opportunity to edit them if needed.
- Select a new Tasker and choose a new time and date.
- Click "Review Task."
- Click "Confirm and Chat." This will complete your rebooking and allow you to chat with your new Tasker.
We have a high standard for all Taskers in our community. When registering, they agree to complete every task on time and communicate with you if they’re not able to.
