We strive to provide a safe platform for all of our users. To promote a safe, respectful, and positive experience, we have outlined the following policy for Taskers, concerning who can complete a task.
Tasks booked through the Taskrabbit Platform can be completed by the Tasker who is hired and/or any other registered Taskers (“Tasker Assistants”).
In accordance with Taskrabbit’s Global Terms of Service:
- Tasker Assistants must be registered on the Taskrabbit platform.
- The Primary Tasker must get approval for Tasker Assistants from their client in the chat thread prior to starting the task and share the profile URL of any Tasker Assistants with their client.
- The Primary Tasker assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of their Assistant, including:
- Lawful payment of all compensation, benefits, and expenses.
- All required and applicable tax withholdings.
- Quality execution of the task and any costs (losses) incurred.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
Taskrabbit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
