The following terms and conditions apply to an incentive (the “Challenge”) that Taskrabbit is offering to certain Taskers who complete a specified number of Tasks in a particular category (or in some cases, categories) within a designated time period:
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Challenge, you must be a registered Tasker on the Taskrabbit platform who has received notice of eligibility (“Challenge Invite”) through the “Challenges” section of the Tasker by Taskrabbit (Taskr) mobile application. Eligibility is determined in Taskrabbit's sole discretion. Not every Tasker will receive a Challenge. Challenges are not transferable.
Incentive: If you successfully complete the Challenge, you will qualify for a one-time incentive payment in the amount specified in the Challenge Invite. You may only qualify for an incentive payment once during the Challenge.
Completing the Challenge: To complete the Challenge and qualify for an incentive payment, you must complete the specified number of Tasks in the specified category or categories by the specified deadline. These details will be specified in the Challenge Invite. To count for the Challenge, Tasks must be invoiced prior to the deadline specified in the Challenge invite. Tasks for which there is a dispute over the invoice or whether the Task was completed may not count for the Challenge in Taskrabbit’s sole discretion.
Incentive Payment: Incentives will be processed for payment into the Tasker’s bank account (details provided by the Tasker via the Taskrabbit platform registration) and should reach the Tasker’s bank account within 5-7 working days following the end of the specified Challenge deadline.
Other Details:
In the event of an actual or suspected breach by you of any part of the Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service, Taskrabbit reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your account as stated in that agreement. In the event your account is suspended or deactivated, you will no longer be eligible to receive an incentive payment through the Challenge.
Any disputes in connection with this Challenge shall be governed by the dispute resolution process contained in the Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the governing law specified in the Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service without regard to choice of law principles.
