There’s Been a Natural Disaster - What Should I Do?

Staying safe is your number one task, and we want to make sure you are supported in the aftermath of any natural disasters that may arise.

If weather or road conditions are severe, we encourage you to reschedule tasks for a future date that’s safe for both Tasker and Clients. 

In the event that a cancellation is necessary due to a natural disaster, Clients will not be charged a cancellation fee and Tasker metrics will not be impacted. 

If you find a task has incurred a cancellation fee or impacted business metrics, please reach out to Customer Support via help.tr.co. We hope you stay safe!
