What’s an Ongoing Task?

Sometimes a task requires multiple appointments to complete. This is where an ongoing task comes in. If needed, Taskers are able to mark a task ongoing. 

This will keep the chat thread open, so you can continue to chat with the Tasker and schedule the next appointment once you’ve both agreed on the details.
