To register as Taskers, all users are required to undergo identity verification. In Canada, Taskrabbit partners with third-party identity verification services like Persona and Checkr to run Tasker ID checks.
If Checkr isn’t able to verify your identity electronically with the info you provided, you may be required to go to your nearest Canada Post with a form provided by Sterling to verify your identity. If this is required, you’ll receive an email from Checkr prompting you to download, print, and follow the instructions provided on their Canada Post form.
