There’s an issue with the hours or expenses/reimbursements your Tasker submitted and the invoice was submitted less than 24 hours ago:
In this case, we encourage you to contact your Tasker through the task's chat thread and explain the concern.
Within 24 hours of the task occurring, your task's chat thread remains open for you to contact your Tasker for any follow-up needs. At that point, your Tasker can contact Taskrabbit Support to have our Support Team send you an amended invoice.

In this case, our Customer Support Team will step in to assist as the invoice processes after 24 hours. The task's chat thread will also be closed after 24 hours.
Reach out to us here and provide the task name, Tasker name, and all information about what is showing as incorrect on your invoice.
