The Taskrabbit Payment Policy

We strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform connecting Clients with skilled Taskers. To promote transparency and accurate invoicing on the Taskrabbit platform, we have the following policy concerning payments on the platform.

 

This policy applies to both Taskers and Clients. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive:

 

Taskers and Clients must complete all payments via the Taskrabbit platform. Any other payment methods such as cash or off-platform payment apps are not allowed. 


As part of this Policy:

  • Invitations to engage in off-platform payment or platform circumvention must be declined.
  • Clients and Taskers should report any requests to engage in off-platform payment to Taskrabbit Customer Support.

Taskrabbit’s Happiness Pledge only covers Tasks that are booked and fully paid for through the Taskrabbit platform

 

This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service and Fees, Payments, and Cancellation Supplemental Terms. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.

 

Taskrabbit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
