The New Year Clean-Up Challenge: More Invitations, More Completed Jobs, More Reviews, More Rewards!

Taskrabbit is offering an incentive (the “Offer”) to Taskers who have been active on the Taskrabbit platform over the past 90 days (“Eligible Taskers”).

To qualify for this incentive the Eligible Tasker must receive between 10 to 25 invitations under the Cleaning Category during the month of January, and bill 75% of their invitations, while keeping an average positive review rating of 4.5 or above, whereupon a £25 incentive will be awarded (the “1st Incentive”).

Additionally Taskers who have received between 26 to 50 invitations under the Cleaning Category during the month of January, and bill 75% of their invitations, while keeping an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above, will be awarded a £50 incentive (the 2nd “Incentive”).

Finally, Taskers who have received more than 50 invitations under the Cleaning Category during the month of January, and bill 75% of their invitations, while keeping an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above, will be awarded a £100 incentive (the 3rd “Incentive”). The 1st Incentive, the 2nd Incentive, and the 3rd Incentive,  together the “Incentives”). 

The Incentives will be a single made during the month of February 2025. The maximum payout to an Eligible Tasker for the Incentives is £100 upon the invoicing of 75% of their invitations, and the aggregate of more than 50 invitations received in the billing month with an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above.

Eligible Taskers can qualify for the Incentives for the duration of the Offer being 1 January 2025 to 31 January 2025 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”).|

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Offer is open to any Taskers resident in England and tasking in London who have been active on the Taskrabbit platform over the past 90 days (“Eligible Taskers”).
   
2. Eligible Taskers who received between ten (10) to twenty five (25) invitations under the Cleaning Category, during the Offer Period and bill 75% of them, while keeping an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above, will qualify for the £25 incentive (the “1st Incentive”). 
3. Eligible Taskers who received between twenty six (26) to fifty (50) invitations under the Cleaning Category, during the Offer Period and bill 75% of them, while keeping an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above, will qualify for the £50 incentive (the “2nd Incentive”). 
4. Eligible Taskers who received more than fifty (50) invitations under the Cleaning Category, during the Offer Period and bill 75% of them, while keeping an average positive review rating of  4.5 or above, will qualify for the £100 incentive (the “3rd Incentive”) 
5. The 1st Incentive, the 2nd Incentive, and 3rd incentive, shall together be referred to as “the Incentives”.
6. This Offer is exclusive to the Cleaning Category only.
7. Taskers who qualify for one of the Incentives will be informed on or about 5th February 2025.
8. The maximum payout of the Incentives that an Eligible Tasker will be eligible for is £100 following the invoicing of 75% of invitations and the aggregate of fifty (50) or more invitations received in the billing month and the average positive review rating of  4.5 or above.
9. The Offer is open from Wednesday 1 Jan 2025 and up to including Friday 31 Jan 2025 (the “Offer Period”).
10. The Incentives will be processed for payment into the Tasker’s bank account (details provided by the Tasker via the TaskRabbit platform registration) and should reach the Tasker’s bank account within 5-7 working days. No substitution, transfer, or other payment of the Incentives shall be given.
11. The Incentives are a one single payment and only applicable to Eligible Taskers who have met the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Eligible Taskers are able to qualify for the Incentives during the Offer Period
12. Taskrabbit is not responsible for any disputed Task completion or late invoice submissions. Eligibility for the Offer is at Taskrabbit’s sole discretion.
13. There must be no violation of Taskrabbit’s Terms of Service in order to be eligible for the Offer. Any attempt to obtain more than multiple Incentives by a Tasker (other than as permitted by these terms and conditions), whether by the registration of multiple accounts or other attempts to “game” the Offer, will be considered invalid and a violation of the terms of this Offer.
14. Disputes in connection with this Offer will be governed by the Dispute Resolution Process contained in Taskrabbit’s Terms of Service.
15. The terms of the Offer shall be governed by English law.
