My Task Wasn't Finished, What Should I Do?

A task is complete when everything in the job description, or any agreements in the chat thread, are finished.

If your Tasker didn’t finish your task or it wasn’t completed up to the standard you expect and it's been less than 24 hours, please reach out to your Tasker directly through the task’s chat thread. This allows your Tasker the opportunity to resolve the issue themselves.

If you have an IKEA task that was prepaid, you'll need to reach out to IKEA Customer Support.

If your IKEA task wasn't prepaid, it’s been over 24 hours since your task took place, or you were not able to come to a resolution together, reach out to Taskrabbit Customer Support.
