Contacting your Tasker lets you discuss the task details with them. Taskers rely on the chat thread to help them determine the scope of the task and stay in contact until the task is completed.
In the chat thread, you should:
- Send information they need to know in order to complete your task. For example: let your Tasker know what tools or supplies they should bring.
- Discuss the details of your task and ask any questions to ensure the Tasker is the right one for the job.
- Confirm the task appointment's date and time and where is best to park.
