What is the difference between prepaid and tasks booked directly through Taskrabbit?

Clients can purchase Taskrabbit services directly through some retail partners, either in-store or online. These tasks are automatically confirmed for clients and have a set price. They are labelled as “prepaid” in the Tasker app. 

All you need to do is confirm the date, time and details via the task's chat thread and submit your invoice once the task is complete.  As a best practice, you can call the client through the chat feature within the Tasker app. 

Prepaid tasks cannot be modified by Taskrabbit, items can only be removed by the partner’s Customer Support once the task is booked.

Just like any other task, you must submit an invoice when a task is completed in order to get paid. Check your app for a “prepaid” indicator to determine the type of task it is.
