I Scheduled My Task for the Wrong Day - What Do I Do?

If you need to reschedule your task, here’s what to do:

  • First, we recommend informing your Tasker in the task’s chat thread before making any changes to the task date. We suggest checking in with them regarding their schedule and if they’re available for the new date and time, reschedule your task in the app.
    You can do this by heading to your task and selecting “View Details” and “Reschedule Task”.

  • If your Tasker isn’t available on the new date and time, cancel your current task and create a new one with another available Tasker.
