The Taskrabbit Invoicing Policy

We strive to provide a safe platform for all of our users. To promote integrity, professionalism, quality, and transparency, we have outlined the following policy concerning invoicing on the platform.

This policy applies to Taskers. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive and are subject to change.

When submitting an invoice through the Taskrabbit platform: 

  • Taskers must bill Clients for all hours worked and any associated expenses. (Please see Expense Policy) 
  • Taskers must cancel the Task and not invoice the Client if no work is performed.
  • Taskers who bring an approved Tasker assistant to a task should:
    • Invoice for the Tasker’s assistant’s time as hours worked. Tasker Assistants may not be charged as expenses; 
    • Confirm with the client in the task chat before the task begins that they understand and approve. 
  • Beyond the one-hour minimum, Taskers must bill their time in 15-minute increments on their submitted invoices.
  • Taskers must submit invoices within 24 hours of completion of the Task.

This policy is intended to clarify expectations outlined in the Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.

Taskrabbit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
