This policy establishes standards about Review Solicitation to promote integrity, professionalism, quality, and transparency on the Taskrabbit platform.
Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive and are subject to change.
This policy applies to both Taskers and Clients. The Taskrabbit platform enables Users - both Taskers and Clients - to review each other. Leaving reviews about a User is optional and any form of coercion, confrontation, or solicitation regarding reviews is not allowed. Pursuant to this policy:Â
- Taskers are encouraged to request reviews from Clients using the post-task template provided. This template is automatically sent to Clients upon task completion.
- Users are prohibited from contacting other Users to dispute reviews. All review disagreements must be addressed through Customer Support.
- Clients have a 90-day window from the task completion date to submit a review, should they choose to do so.
- Reviews must be appropriate, about the Task/User, and not violate Taskrabbit’s Terms of Service.
- Users should report solicitation, confrontation, or coercion to Customer Support.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in Taskrabbit's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
Taskrabbit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
